Title of goods remains with Universal Stainless & Alloys until the invoice is paid in full. Terms are Net 30 unless otherwise noted. Interest accrues on overdue accounts at 1.5% per month, compounded monthly.
A 25% restocking charge applies for all Returned Goods.
All claims for shortages or damages must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
All returned goods must be pre-authorized by Universal Stainless & Alloy's Q.A.'s final inspection.
Goods which have been altered from original condition by the buyer or his his/her order are not returnable.
